Please read these Terms carefully before using VeriBox. By using our service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About VeriBox

VeriBox is a virtual phone number reselling platform operated by Di-Boss (PrimeLabs Business Solutions) in Nigeria. We provide temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS verification purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age
You must provide accurate registration information
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use VeriBox to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Commit fraud or deception of any kind
Conduct spam campaigns or malicious mass registrations
Attempt to hack or exploit our platform
Create multiple accounts to abuse the welcome bonus or referral program
Engage in money laundering or financial crimes

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

5. Virtual Numbers — Important Notice

Virtual numbers are temporary and for SMS verification only
We cannot guarantee acceptance by specific apps — some platforms block virtual numbers
Numbers are assigned from third-party providers we do not control
Wallet is deducted when a number is assigned — not when SMS arrives
Numbers expire after approximately 20 minutes

6. Wallet and Payments

Wallet funds must be added before purchasing numbers
Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts
We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent transactions
We are not a bank and wallet balance is not insured

7. Welcome Bonus

One bonus per person and one per Telegram account
Cannot be withdrawn as cash — can only buy virtual numbers
May be revoked if obtained fraudulently
Subject to change or discontinuation at any time

8. Referral Program

You earn 10% commission on purchases by users you refer
Commission only applies to purchases funded by real deposits — not bonus credit
Minimum withdrawal: ₦5,000. Minimum conversion to wallet: ₦500
Withdrawals processed within 24-48 hours
Self-referral is not permitted
Fraudulent referrals will result in commission forfeiture

9. Limitation of Liability

VeriBox shall not be liable for:

Failure of virtual numbers to work on specific platforms
Account bans imposed by third-party platforms
Service interruptions caused by our providers
Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited into your wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Remaining wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion minus applicable fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
